Take the mince in a mixing bowl and mix with lemon juice, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, chat masala, salt and coriander leaves.

  1. Grind all the whole spices. Mix them with the ginger garlic pd.
  2. Wash the chicken mince and keep on a strainer. After that add the spices to the chicken mince.
  3. Then add tomatoes,onions and green chillies, add eggs mix well keep aside for 30 mins.
  4. Heat oil in pan,Make thick flattened kababs do it with wet hands so that it does not stick to the hands.
  5. Shallow Fry both the sides of the kabab till golden on medium flame.Cover and cook for 5 mins till water dries.
  6. Press on the kababs to release water when on pan.Remove on a kitchen paper tissue. Serve hot.

Give everything a fine mix by kneading two to three times. Keep it refrigerated to marinate for one hour. Add one egg to this meat mixture and mix thoroughly. Add flour to this mixture to make the mixture less wet and more sticky so that the kebabs keeps their shape better. Make kebab patties with the meat mixture and keep aside.
