- In pressure cooker add the (clean &washed)boneless chicken, soack chana dal, potato,ginger/ garlic paste, garam masala, 1 green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, 2 cup water & close the lid cook until chicken is tender after the pressure release open the lid & cook until water evaporates. Mixture should dry.
- In blender add mixture & blend it make a paste.
- Take a bowl add paste, onion,coriander,chilli powder,green chilli, mint leaves, beaten egg, bread crumbs, & mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into equal balls flaten them between ur palm to give the shape of kebabs.
- Keep them in fridge for an hour.
- Then take them out of the fridge.
- Heat oil in to a pan and shallow fry from both sides.
