- You need of Chicken in Keema cut style.
- Prepare of large sized onion.
- You need of Ginger.
- It's of Garlic whole.
- Prepare of Green Chilli.
- You need of Jeera.
- Prepare of bay leaves.
- You need of Few leaves of coriander.
- Prepare of Jeera powder.
- You need of Garam masala powder.
- It's of black pepper powder.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- It's of Besan.
- You need of cornflour.
- It's of Curd.
- It's of Salt.
- It's of Sugar.
- Prepare of cucumber for garnishing.
- It's of Few lettuce leaves for garnishing.

Chicken Kebab is my favourite as they are so juicy and delicious. They are very easy to make and this chicken kebab recipe is the only recipe you'll need this summer! Chicken kebab step by step
- Clean the chicken and marinate with curd and mustard oil for 30 mins..
- Boil the marinated chicken in cooker with salt added per taste. Remove after 2 whistles..
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon ghee and 1/2 tablespoon white oil..
- Add Jeera, bay leaves, finely chopped garlic,ginger,green chillies,onion and saute till it turns brown..
- Add turmeric powder, Garam masala, Jeera powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and add the boiled chicken Keema to it..
- Cook for 3-4 mins. Add Besan, Cornflour and coriander to it and mix..
- Put the above mix into a plate and let it cool..
- Form cylindrical rolls of kebabs. Heat a little ghee on a pan and put the kebabs onto it. Pan fry it till it turns brown on all sides..
- Garnish with coriander, cucumber,tomatoes and lettuce leaves and serve as starter with tomato sauce..
