Hariyali Murgh Kebab The hariyali part of this recipe was new to me but the skewers and vegetables were a part of my childhood meals. My mother would marinate the chicken with red tandoori masala and skewer them along with onions, tomatoes and green bell peppers. - First cut the chicken breasts into medium bite size pieces.
- Now make a paste with spinach, coriander,green chilli,ginger & garlic..
- Now marinade the chicken with hung curd,salt, green paste & fresh cream then cover it up and keep it in the refrigerator for few hours.
- After few hours arrange the marinated kebab pieces onto the skewers & apply some oil over it.
- Now preheat oven on 200°c and once the oven is ready place the kebab tray inside it & bake it for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes take out the kebab from oven and turn over the skewers and brush some oil over the kebab surface then place them back inside the oven..
- After 20 minutes hariyali kebab is ready to be served, enjoy it with some yogurt dip..
