- Take a mixing bowl. Add curd, masalas, lemon juice,, besan flour,salt and mix well. Make a slot in chicken leg. Apply the masalas well and marinate for whole night or 3 hrs..
- Preheat oven at 200°c for 10 min. Prepare the baking tray and place the chicken. Grill at 230°c for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken in between and brush some butter..
