  1. Split vanilla beans.
  2. Add heavy cream to a steel bottom pot and slowly warm up cream and vanilla beans.
  3. When cream is starting to bubble, turn the heat off and let the beans steep for an hour.
  4. In a bowl mix the yolks and sugar together.
  5. Slowly temper warm cream mix to the egg mix.
  6. Strain brulee mix through a fine strainer to smooth it out.
  7. Mix melted chocolate with brulee mix.
  8. Pour into a cup or another ceramic container to the top.
  9. Place cups in a pan and fill with water about a third of the way up the cup.
  10. Bake at 350°f for an hour. Rotating the pan every 20 mins.
  11. When the brulee starts to set, chill them down to completely firm them up.
  12. Top brulee with marshmallows and toast them, sprinkle crushed Graham crackers on top and drizzle chocolate over everything.

I always enjoy experimenting with different versions of this sweet treat. Can keep in the refrigerator for at least a few days and eat them gradually, as well.
