  5. SECOND LAYER.
  6. Melt butter over medium-high heat in sauce pan.
  7. Add sugar and evaporated milk, bring to boil then cook for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
  8. Remove from heat and quickly mix in marshmallow, p.b. and vanilla.
  9. Add peanuts to mix, and spread evenly over choc mix.
  10. THIRD LAYER.
  11. Melt caramels and heavy cream over low heat until smooth.
  12. Pour over peanut mix refrigerate until set.
  13. FOURTH LAYER.
  14. Repeat step one.
  15. Melt choc, butterscotch, and p.b. over low heat until smooth.
  16. Pour over caramel layer refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
