Brown chicken breasts in oil (grape seed, or olive oil) and a little butter. Saute garlic cloves until nicely golden, add more oil and butter as necessary. The chicken is perfectly tender with golden crispy edges and then there's the sauceā¦.! Cream, white wine and garlic form the tastiest trifecta and make for the most satisfying dinner.

- Lightly brown both sides of chicken in olive oil..
- Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, and butter and saute about 4-5 minutes until onions start to become translucent..
- Add wine and Worcestershire sauce and cook an additional 2 minutes..
- Lower heat and add cream, salt, pepper, basil, and parsley..
- ! Too high of a temperature will cause the cream to curdle !.
- (Optional) add flour to thicken the sauce.
- Simmer on low 20-25 minutes until done..
