  1. You need of fudge.
  2. You need of fat free sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounce can.
  3. You need of dark chocolate chips, 15 ounces.
  4. It's of pure vanilla extract.
  5. It's of craisins dried cherries.
  6. Prepare of natural granola, your favorite blend.
  7. You need of set up.
  8. You need of parchment paper.
  9. Prepare of baking dish 8x8 size.

Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, condensed milk, and marshmallow fluff in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips melt and the mixture is smooth and then remove from heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out the top. Now make the white chocolate layer.

  1. Prepare the 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper leaving it to overlap the sides on baking dish..
  2. In a non stick sauce pan heat the condensed milk on a medium heat..
  3. Add in chips and mix until almost completely melted..
  4. Add in dried cherries and vanilla..
  5. Once chocolate is melted, pour into baking dish. Spread fudge to fill all the sides and make the top even..
  6. Sprinkle on granola and press into fudge..
  7. Chill for at least two hours to set..
  8. Cut into small sizes. Enjoy!.
  9. This does not need to be refrigerated to store once it is set..
