- Lightly toast oats, sunflower seeds and almonds in oven for +-10mins, making sure to shake tray in between. Once toasted, transfer to a mixing bowl. *In a saucepan add butter, sugar and honey and melt on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. *Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt. *Add mixture to mixing bowl with oats and mix till well coated. (make sure everything is well coated) *Now add any extra ingredients that you like(i added in the rice crispies).

- Leave to harden.. Once hard u can break up bigger pieces if you like(or alternatively, pat mixture into a greased pan to make bars).
