  1. Wash chicken pieces n marinate with one tbs garlic paste n ginger paste.. Lil bit salt n 1/4 tspn black pepper for 3-4 hours..
  2. Boil chicken piece in till it gets soft or give two whistle in pressure cooker..take out chicken pieces frm broth.. Keep aside..
  3. Now boil Noodles..after getting soft drain water n keep under running water.. This process stop the overcook nooddle n not b sticky..now keep noodles in strainer n add Lil oil and toss it ..keep aside...
  4. Now take a heavy bottom pan.. Heat oil..add remains garlic.. Saute it till brown.. Keep eye.. Shld not b burn... Add chopped onion..add boiled chicken pieces.. Add all veggies..salt too... Stir fry..chicken n veggies..veggie keep crunchy.. So cook in high flame...
  5. Now do flame low... Add boiled nooddles..add all sause n vinegar.. Mix well...
  6. Its done now.. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.. Serve hot ....
