 - You need 1 cup of tomato puree.

 - You need 1 cup of green peas.

Pearl or Israeli Couscous: Besides the veggies, the couscous is really the star because it helps to thicken the broth and keep the soup hearty. I did not cook the chicken first. I simmered it in the broth with the vegetables for more flavor. Used frozen egg noodles and added garlic.
Chicken broth soup step by step
- Prepare the ingredients.
 - In a pan fry the onions in oil.
 - Add in the tomato puree and garlic ginger paste. Stir and cover to simmer for 1 min.
 - Add in the tomato paste, salt and the other spices.
 - Add in the peanut butter.
 - Add in the carrots and peas and stir.
 - Add the capsicum.
 - Slowly add in the broth while stirring. Cover and let it simmer.
 - Serve and enjoy.
 
Also added two cans of condensed cream of chicken soup for a creamier soup. I would recommend tasting it before adding salt, it may not be necessary to add salt if not using low sodium chicken broth. This slow cooker soup is a semi-homemade version that coaxes all of the flavor out of a rotisserie chicken. Do the prep work the day before and toss the broth-making ingredients into the slow cooker in the morning. Remove the chicken from the pot, but continue to simmer the broth.
