  4. Line a square tin (I used an old 2lt ice cream container) with baking paper and pour mixture into it. Press down until compacted, drizzle remaining peanut butter over it and place the tin in the freezer for at least 45 minutes..
  5. Take out of tin, cut into squares and enjoy. Store remaining bars in fridge..

To make a gluten-free version of this recipe, just look for gluten-free graham cracker crumbs. These can also be made dairy-free if you use dairy-free chocolate chips.
