  1. Layer tostitos scoops in pan then backwards sprinkle cheese, tomatos, green onions & avocados.
  2. Continue again with a second layer leaving some onions for the top.
  3. Top again with a small sprinkle of cheese and then add left over diced onions to top.
  4. Bake at 375' until cheese is melted and serve with sour cream & salsa.

They are so delicious, enough so that I could just sit and eat it without any sides. These rotisserie chicken nachos are the perfect appetizer for a party or watching the big game with friends. They are super easy, though there is a little bit of chopping involved. Traditional nachos can be made better when loaded with all your favorite Mexican garnishes. Just be sure to add just before serving - most of these aren't meant to be cooked with the nachos.
