My husband loved these; I thought they were just OK. I had a hard time "stuffing" the sweet potato balls--they ended up huge by the time I was finished! Also the balls came out super greasy even though I have a timed deep fryer with a temperature gauge. I did add some sugar cinnamon and vanilla extract to the mashed sweet potatoes which was yummy. Add green onion, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
