Ingredients of Sweet Potato Appam

  1. You need 2 c of sweet potato (steam cooked, peeled, and mashed}.
  2. Prepare 1 c of rice flour.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of corn starch.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of Brown sugar.
  5. You need 1/4 c of Walnut (powdered).
  6. You need 1/4 c of Pistachio (powdered).
  7. It's 1 tsp of Nutmeg,freshly grated.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Athimadhuram (Liquorice).
  9. You need 1 pinch of salt.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
  11. It's 1/2 c of melted butter.
