Gotta love nachos. Ha ha ~ we call these inside out tacos! created out of necessity years ago on a camping trip … the taco shells got smashed and we ended up dipping the taco meat/fixing with the corn thrown right on top ~ that was to have been the side dish! Love calling them not soggy nachos! Brilliant ~ I got this recipe from summer camp, and when I made them at home, my whole family was impressed.

  2. Prepare of green onions diced.
  3. It's of beefsteak tomato diced.
  4. You need of Tex mex shredded cheese.

  6. It's of Diced avocado previously frozen.

Really brings life to leftover poultry. We wanted to go to Nacho Daddy in Vegas and decided to go to on Fremont Street. Good selection of beer and wines even better selection of Nachos. We didn't have a starter but I had enchiladas for main and as I don't like rice they put nachos on my dish instead which was great.

Gotta love nachos instructions

  1. Layer tostitos scoops in pan then backwards sprinkle cheese, tomatos, green onions & avocados.
  2. Continue again with a second layer leaving some onions for the top.
  3. Top again with a small sprinkle of cheese and then add left over diced onions to top.
  4. Bake at 375' until cheese is melted and serve with sour cream & salsa.
