- Ginger,Garlic,chilli powder,Salt or lemon juice ko add karein or paste ko chicken mein achhe se mix karein or 2 hours ke liye set hone rakh de.
- Ab pan ko garam karein usme tomato puree,red chilli,onion ko 6 mints pakaye or mixture ko grind kar paste bana le.
- Ek pan mein oil garam karein or butter dale or grind kiya paste dale or achhe se pakaye oil alag hone tak.
- Ab garam masala,kaaju paste or chicken or curd dal kar 15 mins tak pakaye.
