It's 4 of tsps Flour.
Prepare of Sugar.
Prepare of Caramel essence.
You need 1/4 tsp of Baking powder.
It's of Milk.
You need 3 of tsps Melted butter/ margarine.
Prepare of Chocolate chips/ drinking chocolate or sprinkles for decor.

One minute to mix everything together and one minute to cook in the microwave! Here is what you'll need to do. In your mug combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Once the dry ingredients are mixed add in the vanilla and milk, mix well until there are no lumps.

In a mug, mis the flour, sugar and baking powder and stir to mix..
Pour in the wet ingredients- caramel essence, butter, milk and stir till smooth sprinkle the chocolate on top then put in a microwave for 2 minutes..
When done, remove and let cool a bit. Serve when warm with a glass of milk,😋😋.

Topped with vanilla ice cream and/or peanut butter makes it even more decadent. Take it out of the microwave when you see the cake rising over the cup and it stops rising. You could also add some chocolate chips for a more chocolaty melty taste.
