  4. Use one spring onion string to tie the top of your wonton wrap or filo pastry..
  5. On a medium heat pan, add cooking oil wait until it starts to get hot then add those money bags in 4-5 at the time. Keep turn them until all evening crispy and golden..
  6. Put them in kitchen towel to get rid of cooking oil. Serve them with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy 😉.
