Chicken and mushroom creamy pasta step by step
- Prepare the veg.
- Ina frying pan fry the mushrooms then set aside.
- In same frying pan, salt and pepper chicken then fry, then set aside.
- Boil the pasta.
- In the same frying pan, fry the rest of the vegetables with the knob of butter.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to the pan. Add brandy and flambeau. Add mushrooms, water, cream,thyme, chicken stock cube and Philadelphia. Simmer for 5min.
- Serve with pasta.
