  1. Prepare the veg.
  2. Ina frying pan fry the mushrooms then set aside.
  3. In same frying pan, salt and pepper chicken then fry, then set aside.
  4. Boil the pasta.
  5. In the same frying pan, fry the rest of the vegetables with the knob of butter.
  6. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to the pan. Add brandy and flambeau. Add mushrooms, water, cream,thyme, chicken stock cube and Philadelphia. Simmer for 5min.
